To Do: Sonoma, California

I have talked about Sonoma many times as it's our "go to" weekend getaway. It's about an hour from San Francisco and is one of our favorite spots in the world. Endless bubbly and sunny days, what's not to love?

Since it's an area that means so much to us, I've pulled together some of our favorites spots! Let us know what you think of the recommendations.

Wineries:

Gloria Ferrer - Where we got married! They have the best sparkling wine and the best outdoor terrace where you overlook the vineyards during your tasting. Some of our favorite memories are sipping a glass (or two) with friends here on a sunny afternoon (also when we got married here, but you probably already guessed that!).

Ram's Gate - Sit by the cozy fireplace or the pond while you admire the stunning architecture and decor. This is one of our favorite tasting spots.

Patz & Hall - Our friend Blair is a member here and showed us their lovely Sonoma House. Now Patz & Hall's Pinot Noirs are hands-down our favorite wines.

Domaine Carneros - This winery looks like a palace. Definitely worth stopping by for a cheese plate, a tasting or at least some Insta-worthy photos.
